Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Returns:

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Papa's Motorcycle Leather Sales, please return the package to the address listed below. Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Papa's Motorcycle Leather Sales will exchanged the product if returned within 15 days of delivery receipt, along with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc, so as to insure full exchange only credit. Cash back refunds only if the purchased product is returned within 15 days of date of original delivery receipt. Include a copy of dated signed delivery receipt from shipper with your returned item. Refund will be mailed to the original delivery address within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping Times:

Papa's Motorcycle Leather Sales will ship all products within 1-2 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.

Shipping Damage:

Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Warranties:

All products have a 30 DAY Damage/Defective Exchange GUARANTEE!

Returning Merchandise:

Papa's Motorcycle Leather Sales should be notified no later than 8 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise.

Returns are accepted:

1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.

2) If the merchandise is defective.

Returns cannot be accepted if:

1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.

All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser for returns. There is no postage charges for exchanges due to defects. All returns must be authorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise without defects. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Papa's Motorcycle Leather Sales is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer.

Exchanging Merchandise:

We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:

1) Merchandise was ordered more than 30 days ago.

2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.

3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.

Exchanges cannot be accepted if:

1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.

Order Cancellations:

1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.

2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

Cleaning:
 
Gently blot liquid stains with a clean cloth. Winter salt, stains your leather. If this salt accidentally gets onto your leather garment or product, wipe the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and dry naturally. Visit a professional leather cleaner for more serious stains. Normal dry cleaning methods will remove essential oils, causing the leather to crack, fade and shrink. A cleaner who specializes in leather care will use a different method to clean and condition the leather. Even this special process may cause slight variations in color, texture, and shape; so it is important to clean matching garments together.
 
Leather Storage:
 
Store your leather coat or jacket on a wide wooden, plastic or padded hanger to help maintain its shape. Store leather in a well-ventilated,
cool, dry place. Avoid hot areas, such as attics; or damp areas, such as cellars. Cover your leather with breathable cloth, like cotton sheets, when storing. Plastic bags or coverings will cause excessive drying. Wrinkles and creases in leather should hang out. If ironing is necessary, place heavy brown paper over the leather and use a cool to medium iron. Take care not to overheat the leather, which will cause it to shine. Avoid exposing leather to direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods of time.
